Due to the personal and handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.

However, your satisfaction matters to us.  If your order arrives damaged or there's a problem with the shipment:

• Please email us at info@mowyensoaps.com within 7 days of receiving your package
• Include your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Products that have been opened or used
• Personal allergies or sensitivities
• Buyer's remorse

We encourage all customers to read product descriptions and ingredients carefully before purchasing.
